Yes. Telehealth is used today to treat everything from the common cold to post-surgical wound care. Everything from migraines to acne can be treated using this technology.

Yes. The cost is related to the doctor’s time rather than the technology used. So the price still remains US$10

The cost of a telehealth visit is $10.Text enquiries for one time questions cost $1 and physical appointment $15.
You can pay using all major credit cards, Paynow, OneMoney , Ecocash , Telecash, Medical Aid and other means available on the portal. Payment must be made before the appointment is confirmed.
An online appointment lasts for 15 minutes on average but can be less or more depending on the nature of presentation. This can include time for the doctor to complete other tasks such as writing letters on your behalf. If you need more time at the end of the consultation you should discuss this with your doctor before the consultation ends. The doctor may suggest booking another telehealth appointment or a face-to-face visit.

location based access to service providers such as banks and financial services,
lawyers, mechanics and many more.
Yes, as a seller, you can list and sell your products on Xmarketplace. For you
to sell on Xmarketplace, we’d need to register your business and create your
shop account which you can use to do your shop management that is uploading
products and product description as well as prices. The following are the details
required to open a shop account:
1) Business Name
2) Business Physical
Address
3) Business owner’s name and surname
4) Phone number
5) Email Address
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected.

  2. On the Xmarketplace page click on the user account avatar at the top right side of the page.
  3. On the drop-down menu, click on Login.
  4. You will be taken to the login page and click on 'Sign Up Now' button.
  5. Enter the required details in their fields.

Currently, customers are not able to track their orders on the platform but they
will get confirmation message once their order is now in transit and when it has
arrived at the pickup point. As time progresses clients will be able to track their
order status through their account dashboard or by using the tracking link
provided in the order confirmation email.
